My Story

Growing up I always struggled to eat, and was always skinny. This wasn't really a problem when I was young until I turned 15, everyone else was bigger, stronger than me and I was so confused why. It got to 2021, and I had enough, at the age of 16 I joined the gym. From then on, I fell in love with lifting, I was staying consistent and seeing some amazing progress. These plans that I provide, are designed to suit your needs and goals based on what you want to achieve, whether that is building muscle, weight loss, or maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

What I have learnt is to never compare yourself to other people, stay on your own path, and most importantly step out of your comfort zone. If you have been going to the gym for a while, or wondering if you should start, let me tell you, there is no need to feel anxious, or worried, you are BETTERING yourself, that's one thing that people can never take away from you!
